Inside Nanzenji:
Shadows on a garden wall
cast by the setting sun... filtered through a distant line of trees to a point
so that the shadows of the branches remain sharp.

Inside the wall are the famous gardens... and rooms with magnificent sliding screens
showing imaginary tigers lapping at a stream... but you have seen those things, perhaps in books.
